Pamela Rodriguez

Pamela Rodriguez is a trial attorney with The Dominguez Firm in Los Angeles, California, representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. Her practice focuses on serious and catastrophic injury cases, including traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). She has worked on some of the firm’s most challenging matters, helping injured clients pursue compensation through settlements and verdicts in high-value cases.

In addition to traumatic brain injury claims, Ms. Rodriguez handles a broad range of complex personal injury matters, including spinal cord injuries, third-party workers’ compensation claims, and wrongful death cases. Pamela’s decision to pursue a legal career began early in life. She has long been driven by a passion for learning, problem-solving, and seeking justice, with the goal of making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she represents.

Attorney Rodriguez earned her law degree from Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo in La Paz, Bolivia. While in law school, she authored a thesis examining how changes to the Bolivian Constitution affected the jurisdiction of indigenous communities. She is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).

Outside of her legal practice, Pamela enjoys attending orchestral concerts and ballets, as well as visiting museums and art exhibits. She has formal training in classical ballet and previously taught at the National School of Ballet in Bolivia. Ms. Rodriguez is fluent in both English and Spanish.
