P. Arley Harrel

P. Arley Harrel is a Seattle-based attorney who focuses on civil litigation, trust and estate litigation, and real estate and commercial disputes. He represents clients across Washington and Oregon in a broad range of litigation matters in both state and federal courts.

Arley’s practice includes commercial disputes, real estate litigation, condemnation and eminent domain, construction, employment, environmental law, intellectual property, municipal liability, products liability, professional liability, securities, and transportation matters. He also advises clients on real estate transactions and general business issues.

He has represented national and international clients in significant litigation, including serving as multidistrict litigation counsel for a leading consumer goods company in a product liability case before the U.S. District Court.

Arley has also served as Special Counsel to the City of Wenatchee in matters involving the Greater Wenatchee Regional Events Center Public Facilities District. He acted as lead attorney in a bond validation case in Chelan County Superior Court that was ultimately decided by the Washington State Supreme Court.

Within Williams Kastner, Arley has held several leadership roles, including Chair of the Litigation Department, Chair of the Business Litigation Practice Group, Chair of the Environmental Practice Group, and member of the firm’s Board of Directors.
