Mr. Cabanas’ belief is that an early evaluation and plan set the tone for successful litigation in the short term and long term. Good working relationships with co-counsel, the judiciary, and even opposing counsel, are critical. An early commitment to either a trial or resolutions not only maximizes efficiency for the clients and the courts but over time helps develop a sound reputation in the community that allows for even more efficient resolution of future cases.
