Olivier Lopez

Olivier is a corporate lawyer with a recognized expertise in the negotiations and structuring of mergers and acquisitions, LBOs and fund raising/venture capital (tech) as well as in the occasional follow up disputes (representations and warranties and shareholders disputes). Olivier also has an in-depth experience in corporate governance and compliance matters.

Olivier was an associate at Norton Rose Fulbright and Willkie Farr & Gallagher and a partner at French top 100 firm Ydès and US firm Cohen & Gresser. His expertise has been recognized by Legal 500, Best Lawyers, IFLR 1000, Leaders League and Thomson Reuters.

Olivier is a visiting professor at Sorbonne Law School and Skema Business School, teaching negotiation and venture capital.

He holds a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Masters of Law in international business law from the Montpellier University.
