Olivia represents clients in complex litigation matters involving a broad range of business and commercial disputes. Her practice includes Appellate Practice, Commercial Litigation, and Litigation - Intellectual Property. Based in San Clemente, California, Olivia works with clients across industries in matters involving copyright and patent claims, federal and state antitrust and unfair competition disputes, false advertising claims, breach of contract and licensing disputes, federal Indian law issues, class actions, and other business tort matters.
Olivia has experience handling litigation at every stage of a case, including pre-complaint investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, trial preparation, and appeals. She also advises clients on contracts and sale agreements related to commercial transactions and business operations.
In addition to her litigation practice, Olivia maintains an active pro bono practice involving immigration asylum applications, quiet title actions, adoption proceedings, and breach of contract and specific performance matters.
Before joining Bienert Katzman Littrell Williams LLP, Olivia served as a law clerk to the Hon. Morgan B. Christen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Hon. Christina A. Snyder of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
