Olivia is an Accredited Specialist in property law. She specialises in property development, including advising on strata and community schemes, acting on the acquisition and disposal of development sites and managing off-the-plan sales.

Olivia’s experience includes acting for a number of major property developers and government entities on residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments, including:

• old system title and conversion of land to torrens title including preparing primary applications
• strata termination
• advising and negotiating the acquisition and disposal of development sites
• drafting and negotiating management statements, by-laws and s88B instruments for stratum, strata and community schemes
• advising on and drafting development contracts for staged development of strata and community schemes
• the negotiation and resolution of strata and building management committee related disputes
• managing the due diligence process
• advising and negotiating collective sales of strata schemes
• drafting master contracts for off-the-plan sales
• managing off-the-plan sales
• industrial, commercial, residential and retail leasing.
