Timo Alte studied law at the University of Würzburg where he also obtained his doctorate (Dr. jur.). He undertook his legal training in Düsseldorf and also a legal internship in Sydney/Australia. Dr. Patrick Certa chiefly advises clients on matters of corporate law as well as Mergers & Acquisitions transactions and corporate financing. Dr. Felix Klemt primarily advises clients in the fields of real estate, building and corporate law. His work focuses on project developments, transactions, corporate formation and structuring and advising young, innovative companies. In addition, Felix Klemt provides guidance on the tax aspects of real estate and corporate law.

Sebastian Vollmer studied at the University of Freiburg. After completing his legal training in Stuttgart, he worked in the real estate practice of a major international law firm, where he was awarded his doctorate.

After studying law and economics at the University of Freiburg, Ekkehard Hagedorn undertook his legal traineeship in Paris, with study periods at the London School of Economics. Ekkehard Hagedorn took his doctorate at the University of Freiburg (Dr. jur.). Ulrich Schnelle studied law at the universities of Passau, Geneva, Freiburg and Illinois. He obtained his doctorate at the University of Freiburg (Dr. jur.) and is an honorary professor of Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences for economics and the environment. In addition, he is a member and chairman of various supervisory boards.

Dr Frank Jungfleisch is a lawyer and partner at the Freiburg office of Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner.
