Olga has a general civil litigation practice with significant experience in all areas of public law, having acted for clients in a variety of administrative, regulatory, and constitutional law matters. She is also frequently involved in cases raising issues of Crown and foreign state immunity, acting on behalf of both private actors and public bodies.
Part of Olga’s practice entails representing international clients in proceedings to recognize and enforce foreign judgments and arbitral awards in Canada, as well as applications to enforce letters rogatory for the collection of evidence for use in foreign litigation.
Olga has argued before all levels of court in Québec and federally, including before the Supreme Court of Canada.
Prior to joining IMK in 2017, Olga served as a law clerk to the Honourable Clément Gascon at the Supreme Court of Canada. She has taught Judicial Institutions and Civil Procedure at McGill University’s Faculty of Law since 2022.
