Olga joined the Mercantile Department at Crowe Legal y Tributario in 2003 and she is currently Partner of the Corporate Dept. in Barcelona as well as coordinator and Managing Partner of the aforementioned department.
Expertise in advisory services and operational compliance in Corporate Restructuring and M&A, including commercial contracting, both domestic and international, as well as projects of internationalization of Business Groups. Extensive experience in Corporate Law and Real Estate Law.
Current Customer Care responsible operator of Insurance Brokers, affiliated with the Association of Insurance Intermediaries of Barcelona, acting as private mediator.
