Professional Experience

Being a professional lawyer with a profound theoretical background and practical experience both in business and public service, Oleksiy provides legal and advisory services with a focus on regulatory issues to the clients of Kesarev in such areas as FMCG and agrarian markets, financial services, banking, and investments.

Prior to joining Kesarev Mr. Atroshchenko worked as a lawyer in the National Bank of Ukraine, a commercial bank and the State Innovation Financial & Credit Institution of Ukraine. During his public service, Oleksiy took an active part in the development of a number of legislative and regulatory acts aimed at reforming the Ukrainian financial and banking sectors.

Background: Oleksiy has the LLM degree from the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine. In 2008 he attended the insolvency officers training program and received the insolvency officer certificate. In 2013 Oleksiy successfully passed the exams at the International Compliance Association (ICA) and received the ICA Certificate in Compliance Awareness with Merit.
