Oleg is recognized for his work in intellectual property area where he has been involved in significant IP transactions domestically, throughout CIS region as well as other multinational projects.
Prior to joining ADVANCE PARTNERS Oleg has gained extensive experience in intellectual property while working as a head of a legal practice at one of the largest CIS-based intellectual property law firms.
He frequently represents Ukrainian and international enterprises of all types, private entrepreneurs and other market players in complex matters ranging from obtainment of legal protection to intellectual property objects, development of the clients’ IP portfolio and handling all issues of the IP portfolio management, to challenging law enforcement projects that combine multiply legal actions.
Being involved in IP practice for over 18 years, Oleg has gained significant experience in IP litigation, covering all types of proceedings before the courts and arbitration courts, ICANN domain names dispute resolution procedures and administrative proceedings before appeal bodies of the intellectual property state agency.
He is equally an expert in trademark, patent and copyright litigation with a proven track of successful cases covering the infringement proceedings, the validity and establishment of ownership proceedings as well as trademark non-use proceedings.
