Ms. St-Laurent practises mainly in the fields of corporate and commercial law, securities law and bank financing.

She is also specialized in the financing of public and parapublic entities on national and foreign markets.In particular, Ms. St-Laurent is closely engaged in the borrowing of Québec, certain Crown corporations and the implementation of various borrowing programs on the Canadian, European, Australian and Japanese markets. Ms. St- Laurent who have involved in the implementation of the operations of Financement-Québec, a corporation whose mission was to provide financial services to government agencies, has acted as legal adviser to this Crown corporation. It is closely engaged in the financing of the self-financed projects of public and parapublic entities, either through financing with banking institutions or through the issuance of debt securities on national and foreign markets.
