Professional experience and expertise: Núria joined the firm in 2007, and her activity is focussed on providing legal advice to national and international companies and commercial law in general. She has experience in foreign investments in Spain, structural changes, renewable energy and in advising innovative, technology and FinTech start-ups including their incorporation, financing rounds and international expansion. In 2006, she worked at BenQ Mobile in Munich (Germany).
