Ms. Giblin formerly served as Director of Executive Office Operations for Governor Jon S. Corzine and, before that, as State Director to United States Senator Frank R. Lautenberg, where she oversaw the staff and operations throughout New Jersey. She also served as Deputy Director of the Authorities Unit and as Assistant Counsel – Authorities Unit in the Office of the Governor of New Jersey. In this capacity, Ms. Giblin served as the Governor’s liaison to more than 50 independent bi-state and state transportation, development, and environmental authorities. She focused primarily on issues related to transportation and worked on the historic merger of the New Jersey Turnpike Authority and Garden State Parkway, as well as the successful efforts to fix EZ-Pass and make the Motor Vehicle Commission more user-friendly.
Prior to her work in Trenton, Ms. Giblin was a litigation associate with the firm of Wolff & Samson PC and also served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable Clarkson Fisher, Jr., then Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, Monmouth County Vicinage. She has been involved as an assistant counsel on a number of local, state, and federal election campaigns, providing guidance on ELEC matters and helping to coordinate the Election Day Attorney Network.
