Nora Ciancio is an attorney with Goodman Allen Donnelly PLLC, where her practice focuses on Administrative / Regulatory Law and Health Care Law. Based in Glen Allen, Virginia, she represents health care practitioners and organizations in licensing board investigations and hearings throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as in matters involving credentialing, Medicare and Medicaid compliance, OCR investigations, third-party payor audits, and risk prevention. Prior to joining Goodman Allen Donnelly PLLC, Nora practiced with health care nonprofits and state agencies, giving her insight into the regulatory process from multiple perspectives. Her practice also includes representation in equine and animal law matters. Outside of her legal work, Nora owns a horse boarding business in Hanover County, has been an equestrian for more than 20 years, and has a long-standing commitment to animal welfare.
Nora joined the firm in 2017 and practices out of the firm’s Richmond-area office. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Richmond and her Juris Doctor from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law.
