Nora Kharouba

Nora Kharouba has a broad civil litigation practice, with a focus on construction-related claims and liens, commercial disputes such as contractual claims and debt recovery, and negligence and product liability claims. She has acted for both private and commercial clients.

Nora has a broad civil litigation practice, with an emphasis on construction and commercial law, ranging from lien claims and other construction-related disputes (e.g. deficiencies, extras, breach of trust claims, latent defects) to complex contractual disputes, negligence and product liability, and debt recovery claims. She acts for both private and commercial clients. She has represented clients in various litigation matters in all levels of courts in Ontario such as contested motions, appeals, and complex summary judgment proceedings, as well as applications, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

An active volunteer, Nora regularly volunteers as a Duty Counsel at the Toronto Small Claims Court, providing assistance to unrepresented litigants as part of the Pro Bono Law Ontario Duty Counsel Project.
