Biography
Noah Guiney is an experienced litigator who focuses on complex litigation in federal and California state courts. He joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2017.
Mr. Guiney represents individuals and corporations in a wide variety of civil matters before state and federal courts and in regulatory investigations. He has particular experience with securities and antitrust litigation, commercial disputes in California state courts, investigations by state attorneys general, as well as litigation and investigations that have an international dimension. Mr. Guiney is also committed to pro bono work. He was a key part of a team that won a complete acquittal at a jury trial in federal court for an individual falsely accused of trafficking narcotics, as well as a team that won a victory at both the district and appeals court level affirming a county in Maryland’s right to provide financial assistance to its undocumented residents. He also frequently represents individuals in immigration and asylum proceedings.
