Nino Coviello’s practice focuses on all aspects real estate-related transactions, including the acquisition, leasing, development and financing of commercial and multi-family properties. Nino also specializes in the formation, representation and counseling of corporations, municipalities, partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies and other business entities, handling all forms of business transactions and advising on day-to-day issues.
Nino is highly experienced in handling personal and transactional tax for individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, estates and trusts. He brings his innovative expertise and creativity to a wide range of tax planning areas, including income, estate and gift tax planning, corporate tax, taxation of partnerships and limited liability companies.
