Niklas Conrad

Niklas Conrad is a partner in the litigation group. His practice ranges from strategic litigation advice and extrajudicial dispute resolution to rights enforcement and the representation of clients in court. Niklas assists national and international clients from all sectors and industries in the resolution of commercial disputes, including post M&A conflicts. He regularly advises clients in cross-border disputes and assists in the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.

Niklas has a particularly broad experience in the media and technology sectors, where he advises and represents national and international clients extensively on disputes over questions of general contract law, copyright law, eCommerce, (IT) outsourcing, IP compliance, internet liability, insolvency law, and the licensing and distribution of software and media content. He frequently litigates for clients from the real estate sector in contractual disputes, including joint venture disputes, disputes regarding project developments and post M&A disputes. In addition, Niklas regularly represents industrial clients in complex commercial disputes, such as warranty claims, agency and distribution contracts.
