Nikki L. Baker

Nikki L. Baker's primary focus has been on commercial and civil litigation; however, she has a broad litigation background, ranging from inverse condemnation to contract disputes to intellectual property disputes, and has worked on large, complex cases on behalf of some of Nevada’s largest companies. Nikki has tried and prosecuted cases in state and federal court, as well as in various alternative dispute resolution settings. However, her strong brief writing and extensive research skills often keep her clients out of the courtroom due to her success in pre-trial motion practice. Nikki has also successfully argued appeals before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, Nikki is on the Roster of Neutrals with the American Arbitration Association. Before co-founding Peterson Baker, PLLC, Nikki was a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP in Las Vegas. She began her career as an associate at Kummer Kaempfer Bonner & Renshaw.
