Nicolle A. Snow is a Partner at MacGillivray Injury & Insurance Law in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She practises in the area of Personal Injury Litigation, representing individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents, insurance disputes, disability claims, and other injury-related matters across Nova Scotia. Nicolle earned her LL.B. from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2002.
Since beginning her practice, Nicolle has focused exclusively on personal injury and insurance-related claims. With more than two decades of experience, she has represented clients before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, while also helping many clients resolve claims through negotiated settlements. Her approach is centred on understanding each client’s circumstances, advancing claims efficiently, and working toward practical resolutions that address the financial and personal impact of an injury.
Over the course of her career, Nicolle has developed extensive experience handling insurance matters and personal injury litigation. She works closely with clients navigating the legal process after serious injuries and understands the challenges that can arise when dealing with insurers, medical evidence, and lengthy claims processes. She is committed to providing clear communication and steady guidance throughout each stage of a case.
In addition to her client work, Nicolle mentors articled clerks at MacGillivray Injury & Insurance Law and has assisted in the development of lawyers beginning their legal careers in Nova Scotia.
Nicolle is a member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association and previously served on the Association’s Education Committee. She is also a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
Outside of the office, Nicolle enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, reading, yoga, and meditation.
