Focusing on land use, development, financing and disposition, she spearheads transactions featuring complex portfolios and large single assets. Nicole draws on diverse experience navigating complicated development and land use issues, to ensure her clients across the nation—from hotels and healthcare facilities to ski resorts and fitness clubs—maximize opportunities. Previously, she served as the chair of the firm’s Hospitality, Resort & Recreation industry group and, in 2018, was named one of Bisnow’s Denver Power Women for having a significant impact on the business and commercial real estate industries, and helping propel cities and communities forward.
