Nicole C. Krupski Oram is a trial and litigation lawyer in McDougall Gauley’s Regina office, whose practice emphasizes strategic, results-driven advocacy in commercial and civil disputes.
Nicole has appeared successfully as counsel before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, including the Court of Appeal, Court of King’s Bench and Provincial Court, as well as before numerous administrative tribunals. She brings extensive trial experience, having acted as both lead and co-counsel in complex civil and commercial litigation matters, combining practical courtroom skills with a focused, results-driven approach to trial advocacy.
Nicole earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law. She joined McDougall Gauley as a summer student in 2017, completed her articles in 2019, and became an associate upon her call to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2020.
During law school, Nicole served as a Student Editorial Board Member for the Saskatchewan Law Review, competed nationally at the Gale Cup Moot and held an executive leadership role with the Law Students’ Association, including Vice President of Athletics.
Nicole was raised on a farm outside of Lemberg, Saskatchewan. She enjoys playing slo-pitch, golfing, snowboarding, and travelling in her free time. Nicole is also a certified SSI Open Water Scuba Diver.
