Nicolas-Karl is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at our Montréal office. His practice, although varied, is mainly focused on cases involving product liability, disputes in the construction industry and consumer law.

Nicolas-Karl represents manufacturers and distributors in various industries (automotive, pharmaceutical, medical products, consumer products, etc.), in both individual and collective actions. Clients rely on Nicolas-Karl to provide advice on their rights and obligations arising from conventional or legal warranties, particularly with regard to hidden defects, security defects or misleading representations.
