Nicolas Bohorquez

Nicolas Bohorquez is an Associate in Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP's Atlanta office.

Mr. Bohorquez has represented clients at the trial court and appellate levels and focuses his practice on commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, trademark infringement, and breach of fiduciary duty and related business torts in corporate disputes.

Mr. Bohorquez also has extensive experience representing clients in various real estate-related litigation matters, including foreclosure, boundary line disputes and easement rights, zoning issues, and construction law.

Mr. Bohorquez applies his litigation experience in these areas to advise his clients on commercial contracts through the lens of potential exposure and litigation.

In his free time, Nicolas enjoys dining at Atlanta restaurants with his wife, Madison, collecting and listening to records, and supporting Atlanta professional sports teams.
