Nico Fischer

Dr Nico Fischer is a partner at POELLATH in Munich.

His core areas are national and international tax law, general tax planning and structuring with a focus on private equity and M&A. In addition, he advises national and international private equity houses as well as German carry holders on German tax issues.

Nico regularly publishes articles on tax topics in relevant professional media and passes on his expertise as a lecturer at the University of Muenster in the Master’s program in tax sciences/tax law.

He joined POELLATH in 2005 and was admitted to the German bar as attorney the same year. He studied law in Passau, Regensburg and Lausanne (Switzerland).
