Nick Tsui’s Ph.D. in engineering and materials science gives him a perspective clients respect and frequently pursue.
A partner with Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group Nick focuses his practice on patents and patent litigation in the district courts, ITC, and PTAB related to technologies including telecommunications, circuit design, software, mobile applications, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals/ANDA. Before law school, Nick worked at a U.S. Department of Defense think tank.
