Nicholas R. Santucci

Nick Santucci’s practice consists of defending employers in complex employment litigation in federal and state court, providing comprehensive advice and counsel to employers concerning workplace issues and preparing intricate employment agreements. Nick has successfully defended lawsuits brought under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, including those related to website accessibility.

As another subset of his employment practice, Nick handles employment due diligence on various corporate mergers and acquisitions. His broad experience tackling the constantly evolving landscape of new employment laws allows him to give clients comprehensive counsel. Nick also devotes a significant portion of his practice to pro bono work.

Additionally, he has strong experience in general commercial litigation matters and responding to third-party subpoenas.

Prior to joining Brownstein, Nick worked as corporate counsel handling employee issues for a Fortune 500 company. During law school, he served as candidacy editor of the Denver University Law Review and worked as a legal extern for two judges.
