Nicholas G. Moneta is an attorney with Rivkin Radler LLP in Uniondale, New York. His practice focuses on Trusts and Estates and Elder Law, with an emphasis on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, as well as estate and trust administration.
