Nick Kamenjarin is a partner at Lane Brown LLC, a Chicago, Illinois plaintiff’s law firm representing individuals and families in matters involving serious injury and wrongful death. His practice focuses on Medical Malpractice Law - Plaintiffs, Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs, and Product Liability Litigation - Plaintiffs. Nick handles cases involving medical and professional negligence, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, defective products, and other claims arising from catastrophic injuries and fatalities.
Before joining Lane Brown LLC, Nick practiced at a Chicago plaintiff’s personal injury firm and later worked at a large insurance defense firm. His background representing both plaintiffs and defendants provides insight into the litigation process and the strategies often used in complex injury cases. Nick has been recognized among personal injury litigators in Illinois during each of the past five years.
Nick is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois, and the Association of Croatian American Professionals. He represents clients throughout Chicago and across Illinois in a wide range of injury and negligence matters.
Raised in the Old Irving Park neighborhood of Chicago, Nick graduated summa cum laude from the College of Business at Northern Illinois University. While at NIU, he was a four-year member of the football team and received the Mid-American Conference Commissioner’s Award in 2009 and the Presidential Award in 2010. Nick earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where he served as an editor for the Journal of College and University Law and as an Executive Board Member of the Sport, Communications and Entertainment Law Forum.
Outside of his legal practice, Nick serves as a junior board member of Lawrence Hall, a Chicago organization that supports at-risk youth and their families through housing, education, and treatment programs.
