• Kelsian Group (ASX:KLS) on their US$325 million (~A$487 million) acquisition of All Aboard America! Holdings Inc. (AAAHI) and an associated A$281 million capital raising;
• SILK Laser Clinics (ASX:SLA) on its proposed acquisition by Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API) (a subsidiary of Wesfarmers (ASX:WES)) by way of scheme of arrangement for approximately $180 million;
• ROC Partners on its acquisition of the Murray River Land portfolio and Flavorite Group’s acquisition of Murphy Fresh and Tatura Fresh;
• Ansarada Group Ltd (ASX:AND) on its $5.2 million acquisition of TriLine GRC Pty Ltd;
• MARQ Private Funds Pty Ltd on the establishment of the Australian Fisheries Investment Trust;
• The founders of the Holdsworth House Medical Group on their share sale to Genesis Capital;
• Zen Energy on their demerger from Sanjeev Gupta’s SIMEC Group;
• Waterfind in relation to the establishment of the Waterfind Waterfund;
• Nash Capital in relation to the establishment of the Nash Capital EPS Fund, and the subsequent investment in Evolution Precast Systems by the Nash Capital EPS Fund;
• Conscious Investment Management in relation to the establishment of the CIM Social Housing Fund 1 and CIM Summer Housing SDA Fund; and
• Various fund managers on the preparation of AFSL applications.
