Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Nicholas began his legal career at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office representing the Department of Child Safety. In that role, he participated in hundreds of juvenile court hearings, mediations, and related proceedings, gaining substantial courtroom and litigation experience that continues to inform his approach to Family Law and Family Law Mediation matters today.
Nicholas handles cases involving dissolution of marriage, legal separation, child support, parenting time, legal decision-making, spousal maintenance, post-decree modifications, enforcement actions, relocation disputes, and prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements. He also assists clients seeking resolution through mediation and negotiated settlement, helping parties work toward practical and informed outcomes while protecting their long-term interests.
