Neroli Martin

Neroli has more than 30 years' legal experience and specialises in all aspects of general insurance law, including public and product liability, property damage, indemnity and contractual issues. She has extensive experience in indemnity disputes, policy interpretation, contract claims, and catastrophic injury claims.

Neroli also has extensive experience acting for medical practitioners in medical negligence claims by patients and their families. Claims include personal injury, nervous shock and Compensation to Relatives Act claims. Neroli also assists medical and pharmacy practitioners with disciplinary investigations and hearings by AHPRA, the Medical Council and the Pharmacy Council. In the management of all claims, Neroli focuses on early strategy to assist clients to determine whether the claim should be the subject of alternative dispute resolution, or defence.

Neroli is a member of the NSW Medico-Legal Society, Women in Insurance and the Australian Insurance Law Association. She provides training and seminars, both in-house and on-site for her clients.
