Neil K. Vohra is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on negotiating and structuring complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private equity investments, strategic investments, executive compensation and incentive equity arrangements and other general corporate matters. Neil has handled such matters on behalf of, among others, Bain Capital Private Equity, GTCR, Thoma Bravo, Partners Group, Pritzker Private Capital, Parthenon Capital, Accel-KKR, Great Hill Partners, Pegasus Capital Advisors, ParkerGale Capital, and Glencoe Capital, as well as many of their portfolio companies.
