Within Pennsylvania and the surrounding states, Neil represents various multiemployer trust funds sponsored by the Carpenters, Bricklayers, Iron Workers, Laborers, Operating Engineers, Painters, Plumbers, and Steamfitters.

On a nationwide basis, Neil continuously handles hundreds of withdrawal liability claims for the:

  • Headquartered in Kansas City, MS
• International Painters and Allied Trades Industry Pension Fund
  • Headquartered in Hanover, MD
• Steelworkers Pension Trust
  • Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA

Within Alaska, Neil proudly serves as litigation counsel for the Alaska Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry Combined Funds, as well as withdrawal liability counsel for their Pension Fund.

The collective assets of the above funds that Neil protects are worth over $20 billion.

While in law school, Neil interned for the Honorable Donald E. Ziegler in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and in the Legal Department of the UPMC Health System. Neil was also an in-house attorney at FedEx Ground.
