Neil is one of the founding partners of the firm and has years of personal injury litigation experience. In addition to MVAs, premises liability, disability claims, Neil handles major medical malpractice claims on behalf of children and adults who have suffered catastrophic injuries, as result of medical or hospital negligence. Recommended often by other lawyers to assist their clients on personal injury cases, Neil is known for taking on difficult cases, achieving exceptional results and making a difference in the quality of accident victims’ lives. He is a member of a number of legal and professional associations and organizations, and has presented papers and authored articles for their events and publications.
