Neeta Sandhu

Neeta Sandhu’s practice is primarily focused on infrastructure and construction law.

She represents individuals and businesses, ranging from family-owned businesses to multinational corporations, with a focus on those in the construction industry, including contractors, suppliers, owners and mortgagees.

Her legal advice and representation on a wide variety of construction-related and commercial matters, includes acting for clients in the preservation and enforcement of liens, breach of trust claims, deficiencies delay, termination and other contract disputes. She also provides advice on general issues encountered by those in the construction industry, including collections.

When it comes to construction disputes, Neeta applies the remedies available under the Construction Act in a creative and thoughtful manner to develop strategies that champion her clients’ case at court or through alternative dispute resolution.

Neeta appears regularly before all Ontario courts, including the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. She also assists clients with construction adjudication and alternative dispute resolution, including mediations and arbitrations.
