Ned leads complex real estate transactions for funds, REITs, and investors, developing strategic capital solutions and supporting data center and affordable housing initiatives with a practical perspective shaped by his government experience.
Ned advises clients on sophisticated real estate finance and investment transactions. His work spans a wide range of real estate matters, including joint venture transactions, mortgage and mezzanine financings, and preferred equity deals.
Ned represents funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and other investors in joint venture agreements, acquisitions and dispositions, and financing matters across all major asset classes, for stabilized, value-add, and development projects. Ned also advises clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings for domestic and international data center projects.
Drawing on prior government experience at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Ned counsels borrowers and lenders on affordable housing transactions, including complex single- and multi-asset agency loans and the design of preferred equity investment programs for housing finance agencies.
