Ned Bozalo

Ned’s developing insurance litigation practice is focused on complex Commercial General Liability, occupier’s liability, property and casualty, motor vehicle accidents, and municipal liability litigation.

Previously, Ned worked at a boutique law firm where he developed expertise and insight into both sides of the insurance litigation process.

During law school, Ned volunteered as a caseworker with Queen’s Legal Aid where he assisted marginalized individuals with various legal issues. Ned was awarded the McDougall-Watson Memorial Award in recognition for his efforts as a caseworker.
