Natasha Doelman

Natasha Doelman is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. Her practice focuses on corporate commercial litigation and commercial insolvency. Natasha’s litigation practice involves advising on complex contractual disputes, contested transactions, commercial real estate and construction. Natasha also acts for lenders, debtors and restructuring professionals, including trustees, monitors and receivers. She has experience in insolvency proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) and court-appointed receiverships.

Natasha has appeared as counsel before all levels of court in Alberta and has considerable experience in alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
