Natalie Li focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contractual and intellectual property disputes, including copyright, trademark and trade secret claims. She has represented clients in a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, technology, education, entertainment, and financial services, in federal court, state court and arbitration. She also regularly counsels clients, writes, and speaks on the intersection between copyright and artificial intelligence issues. Ms. Li’s recent clients includes a multinational technology conglomerate, a leading company in generative artificial intelligence, an American daily fantasy sports contest and sports betting company, a major file hosting service and a multinational financial services firm and one of the largest banks in the US.
