Biography

Natalie Finkelman Bennett is a Partner at Miller Shah LLP, based in the firm’s Philadelphia office, where she represents clients in complex commercial and civil litigation matters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Natalie earned her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University with high honors and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. She received her Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law with high honors, serving as Managing Editor of the Temple Law Review. Following law school, Natalie clerked for former Chief Judge Farnan of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. She then began her legal career at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis. In 1996, she joined Mager Liebenberg & White as an associate, where her practice focused on antitrust and consumer protection class action litigation. In 1998, Natalie became a founding partner of Liebenberg & White before joining Miller Shah in 2000 and Miller Shah LLP in 2021.

Natalie frequently speaks on legal issues affecting class actions and complex litigation. Her recent and past presentations include the NACA Spring Training in April 2021 on Auto Defect Class Action Issues; PLI’s Women Lawyers in Leadership program in 2020; the American Bar Association Spring Meeting in 2017 (“Advertising Bargains – Is the Price Right?”); and Strafford Webinars, including a 2016 program on Class Action Notice Requirements and the use of traditional and emerging media.

Natalie is a member of the American Bar Association and previously served as a member of the Temple American Inn of Court and the Pennsylvania Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession. She has participated in mentoring programs for law students and has served on the Board of Directors of her synagogue. Natalie resides in Wallingford, Pennsylvania with her family and remains active in community and charitable activities throughout Pennsylvania.

Natalie’s practice includes Commercial Litigation, antitrust, and consumer litigation. She has substantial experience representing clients in a broad range of matters involving wage and hour claims, defective products, qui tam actions, unfair trade practices, and other complex commercial disputes.
