Natalie Barry

After being admitted to practice in 2015, Natalie has worked exclusively in the area of family law. Prior to joining Taussig Cherrie Fildes in August 2019, she was employed at a top tier family law firm in Perth for over six years.

Natalie is experienced in all aspects of family law including parenting arrangements, interstate and international child relocation applications, interim and final property arrangements, spousal maintenance applications, litigation funding applications and financial agreements.

Natalie has instructed both Counsel and Senior Counsel at a number of final hearings in relation to both parenting and property matters, including an appeal before the Full Court of the Family Court of Australia (as it was then known).

Experienced in providing practical solutions to complex legal issues, Natalie is also well-versed in alternative forms of dispute resolution. She is composed and approachable, providing practical advice that helps clients achieve prompt and amicable outcomes.
