Position

Nasif is specialised in commercial law and transactional matters. His main practice covers advising private and listed companies from various industries on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investment structures and shareholders’ agreements, as well as corporate restructuring and cross-border transactions. Nasif has advised private equity funds and large national and international industrial firms on many transactions.

Over the last few years, Nasif has advised on domestic and international transactions involving the investment and divestment of renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Career

Nasif Hamed joined Pérez-Llorca in 2014 and became a partner in 2022. Prior to this, he worked at a green consulting firm for two and a half years and he also gained work experience at a prestigious international law firm.

He speaks Spanish, English and Tamazight.
