Nancy is a litigator with a practice focused on insurance, professional regulation and commercial disputes. She represents clients in matters involving insurance defence and subrogation, employment, human rights, professional misconduct and contractual disputes.
Nancy has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta, as well as administrative and disciplinary tribunals. Her practice includes representing both organizations and individuals when a dispute requires navigating different legal and regulatory frameworks.
Nancy joined Parlee in 2019 after previously working as a summer student and completing her articles with the firm. She is involved with Parlee’s Student and Charity Committees and volunteers with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre and other local organizations.
