Nancy Shapiro

At The Employment Law Boutique, founded in January 2025, Nancy continues to service clients in relation to employment law issues outside the collective bargaining context.

Nancy has been recognized by Best Lawyers™ as the 2023 “Lawyer of the Year” for Labour and Employment Law in addition to other distinguished professional rankings including The Best Lawyers in Canada and Chambers Canada, which she has held since 2022. In 2022 Nancy received the Canadian HR Reporter 5 – Star employment ranking. Nancy graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1996 and was called to the bar in 1998. For 2024, Nancy has once again been included in the elite list of the top 500 lawyers for business in Canada.
