Nancy L. Grace

Ms. Grace is an experienced and respected family lawyer. In 2017, she was selected as Best Lawyers Lawyer of the Year in Family Law in Raleigh, NC. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a NC Board Certified Specialist in Family Law, and a NCDRC certified Family Financial Mediator. Ms. Grace has served as President of the NC Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML), Chair of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA), and Chair of the Family Law Section of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers (now North Carolina Advocates for Justice). She is actively involved in professional activities including having served on the Family Court Advisory Committee for the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts, the Wake County Bar Association Board of Governors, the Tenth Judicial District Grievance Committee, the NCBA Family Law Council, and various other committees of the NCBA Family Law Section. Ms. Grace is the 2018 President-Elect and in 2019 will serve as President of the Tenth Judicial District Bar, the largest local Bar organization in North Carolina with approximately 5700 members.
