In 2017, she co-founded Chalati Notaire-Avocat, a firm dedicated to providing clear, strategic, and business-focused legal services. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, real estate, and finance. Nadine advises a diverse range of businesses on matters such as drafting and negotiating contracts, structuring investments, buying and selling businesses, corporate reorganizations, fiscal rollovers, commercial financing, and negotiating complex commercial leases. She also works extensively with not-for-profits and charities, guiding them through the process of obtaining charitable status and municipal tax exemptions for their properties.
In 2020, Nadine was recognized with the RBC Women of Influence Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award, a distinction that highlights her dedication to business growth.
