Nadia Ennaji

Nadia Ennaji is a Senior Associate in Peckar & Abramson PC’s Miami, Florida office and is a member of the firm’s Construction & Infrastructure and Litigation practice groups. Her practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Construction Law, and Litigation – Construction, representing clients in matters arising throughout Florida and beyond.

Nadia represents domestic and international clients in complex litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes. Her work includes cases involving breach of contract, business torts, injunctions, and disputes related to construction projects and commercial relationships.

Nadia earned her Bachelor of Law degree in Belgium and a Master’s degree in International Law from City University, London. She later obtained her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University.

During law school, Nadia served as a teaching assistant, leading contract law seminars for first-year law students. She was also a Senior Associate Editor of the Law Review and a moot court advocate for the Jessup International Law Moot Court, where she competed in the regional competition in New Orleans.

Following graduation, Nadia has continued her involvement with the Jessup International Law Moot Court as an annual judge. She is a recipient of the Bennett Scholarship and attended the International Advanced Advocacy Program at Oxford University in England in the summer of 2022.
