Dr. Morten Dibbert is an attorney-at-law and tax advisor at Möhrle Happ Luther. His practice focuses on tax and corporate law. He advises nationally and internationally active companies, particularly in the areas of restructuring, M&A and corporate tax issues. Dr. Dibbert regularly publishes academic articles on tax law topics. Before joining Möhrle Happ Luther, he worked for many years in leading law firms in the field of tax law.
